Even though I eat fairly healthy and exercise regularly I had hit a plateau and wasn’t seeing anymore results. In just 14 days of following the program I was amazed to see the difference in my body shape, energy level and fitness level. Dr. Anna teaches you how to look at food in a whole new light. She provided us with easy, delicious recipes that you can continue to use even after finishing the cleanse. The daily support we received from Dr. Anna and the rest of the group was awesome and it always amazed me that no matter what craving someone was experiencing during the cleanse, Dr. Anna always had a recipe with a healthy twist to help keep us all on track.
Not only did this program help me to look and feel great there was the added bonus of the ripple effect it had on my family and their health as they enjoyed all of the nutritious food prepped and stocked in the fridge.

though I am not a mom, I still wanted to try the Mom on the Glow program.
Coming out of the long winter that we've had, I felt tired and drained. My busy
lifestyle (even without children) was catching up with me. I thought that the
program was the perfect opportunity for a new challenge and a pick-me-up to get
me ready for spring. So, my mom and I decided to take on the challenge
together. We prepped all of our food at the start of the week and were ready to
go. The first few days were difficult for me as I was adjusting to a new
lifestyle and a new way of eating. I felt very hungry since I was eating a
lower amount of carbohydrates than I was used to and had to be more organized
with my meals than I ever had to be before. However, by the fourth day, I was
starting to feel better. Not only was I feeling more satisfied with my meals,
but I was not as bloated as I normally was at the end of the day and I felt
like I finally had energy! As the two weeks progressed, I felt better and
better each day - my skin was clearing up, my mood had improved tenfold, I was
getting a more sound sleep and my digestion was amazing! Soon, the meal
planning became second nature and I am still following the maintenance plan
because I love how great I am feeling!
I have been a patient of Dr. Anna's
for a number of years. Her knowledge about women's health is astounding and I
have learned so much from her. Being on this program under her guidance was no
different. She always responded to the questions that the other ladies and I
had quickly and graciously and even though the program takes place in a group
setting, I still felt like I was getting one-on-one coaching. I have learned a
lot about healthy eating and how our bodies handle macromolecules and I am

"I have always tried to follow a 'healthy' and balanced diet, but would have setbacks and totally derail off my routine where I'd instead get on a path of eating foods high in sugar and fat, and a lot of it! "Dr Anna Just a note to express my sincere gratitude for introducing me to the mom on the glow program. This has given me a greater knowledge and confidence in living a healthy lifestyle. I felt that I had a great base meal plan but I wasn't reaching my goals and seeing results on my own. I feel the program is very effective due to the various parts that help support the participants such as the facebook group ( I loved checking to see what everyone was posting), the meal prep plan, the delicious recipes, the reminder and support to reduce stress, going screen free, the suggestions for baths at night and the ongoing support to make sure we complete our workouts! I do feel like I have more energy, am in a better mood and now I am more intentional in my food choices, which was really the main goal when I started.
I think this program is important because mothers are truly the heart of the home. Her rhythm is the families rhythm, so if she is happy, healthy, energetic and has purpose to her day, that will impact her children in a big way!
It is funny, since I started this program my daughter (who naturally is a pretty healthy eater) has started to focus on eating healthy. Previously, she naturally gravitated towards fruit and veggies, hates deep fried anything, etc. Now she intentionally eats healthy food and will talk about it, and I think that is good too. I suspect that when she saw me putting so much effort into making even healthier food, she wanted to step up her game too. I want her to pay attention to what she is eating and make good choices based on whether they are healthy or not. Thanks again for your support. I am continuing the program with the extra calories and still see things improving! I think I will do the program again, as it is intended, maybe in the new year, once baby isn't as dependent on my milk. There is always room for improvement! Thanks again!"
